Our 15 foreign trade sales personnel have an average of five years' experience. They are fluent in English, Japanese and Spanish. They work with our 10 R&D engineers who have an average of five years' experience working with Nokia, Samsung and Apple to offer OEM and ODM services. With a MOQ of only five pieces, we are able to do partial shipments for one order. Furthermore, our lead time is only two days for 200 pieces and three days for 500 pieces. Customized samples are available in 20 days. Our experience in serving big buyers in the US and Europe has allowed us to offer customized packages.
We currently operate three factories covering an area of 10,000 square meters and housing 300 workers. They work in our three production lines that produce 30,000 pieces for every model monthly. We also offer five new items monthly. To ensure smooth communications, we follow the ERP management system. For consistent quality we only purchase battery cells from Sanyo in Japan, South Korea or China and work with our 150 to 200 trusted suppliers.
Our 10 QC personnel with an average of six to eight years' experience are situated in each production line. We assign three QCs for each line. Using state-of-the-art test equipment such as the all-purpose testers, internal resistance testers, multi-meter testers and battery test points, we are able to achieve a repair rate of less than 0.1% and offer product warranty of three months. All our products are compliant with the RoHS Directive as well.
